Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I bought a 500g tub of BCAA powder because I thought I was going to be cutting... Well now I've decided to bulk instead I'm not sure what to do with them. I don't want them to have been a waste of my money. Are they good for when bulking aswell and why? HK

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Personally, I would just save them for when you're cutting. I don't need too much help with the DOMS/recovery when I'm trying to bulk and eating plentiful cals, but cutting on the other hand... Edit: Also, they aren't the cheapest thing in the world. |
