Back Before/After 50 Days of X-Factor

Here is a quick shot of my back before and after the X-factor cycle. I gained 14lbs. I'm a happy boy :clapping:.

wow...you look leaner(especially in your lower back) but your delts and arms look MUCH larger. Congrats on your progress!

awesome results man! I just finished up my XF cycle and I gained 13.6 lbs (my logs over at bb.com if anyone wants to check it out). I had some great strength gains on it. Anyway XF is definitley a great supp.

Wow! Reminds me of my last XF cycle. Man, I haven't used it in like 6 months. It's time to get some more.

GREAT improvement! I'm about to run 60 days at 1250mg :o we'll see how those results turn out!!!

Thanks everyone for the compliments! It was an amazing 50 days. The first week was killer because I had to cut out my beloved tuna and natty PB. But, once I got used to the new diet, it became routine. Here are the measurements/weights:

Results:
161-175 +14lbs
BF% +2.5%

Measurements:
Arms: +1.8cm
Chest: +3.5cm
Thighs: +3cm
