Avena Sativa anyone try it ?

Hello
Was looking into Avena Sativa was looking for a mild "boost' nothing major no side effects thus it was a toss up between Avena sativa ,Chrisym and Nettle .

Think avena at low dose would be best any inputs ?

The only nettle worth getting is either the ActivaTe by DS, or the ALRI Jungle Warfare products with the extract.. Avena Sativa is kinda weak on its own, chrysin is crap..

Okay thanks. I know activate and jungle work but for my taste to strong but your right they work. Friend took activate loves it was looking for milder stuff .

I might give avena a shot since you say weak on its own but weak is okay . Its cheap enough . Worse case doesnt do anything . I imagine will combine avena with ZMA and expect little or nothing lol but again if weak is something than for me okay as thats all am looking for right now .

avena is good stuff if you can get your hands on a good extract for avenacosides. avena whole plant powder is worthless.

Yes I buy from him he is also good to deal with . I also buy from *********** they used to advertise here to thats how I found out about them. Both good places quality wise and honest .
Beats the old place I used to buy powders from since they sold .
