Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I think I figured out why I have trouble getting in my protein and why shakes just kill me. Protein pretty much fills you up the most and takes the longest to digest is some cases. Plus fats increase that even more... So is there anything I can take to fix this? Perhaps some enzyme or something? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 28 | A mix of papain, bromelain, and protease enzymes would help.. OmegaZyme by Garden of Life, or Essential Enzymes by Source Naturals would be the best ones.. Also look into a probiotic supplement, they supply the good bacteria in the gut and intestines, and aid in the use of enzymes to break down macronutrients.. ![]()
