We have had allot of feedback from the many IntraXCell logs and every single one of them, was extremely positive. The majority of feedback states just what is says on the bottle, increased strength, lean muscle, vascularity and less fatigue..

Here is a log on this forum:
Sherri's ATHLETIC EDGE NUTRITION SteelEdge & IntraXCell Log

When taking IntraXCell on training days, most people are taking 3 caps preworkout and 3 caps post.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your support.

That product is extremely underdosed. I would recommend MAN Body Octane if you want something that contains Beta-Alanine.

Because strong antioxidants such as NAC should be taken separate and under certain terms for better absorption.

I'd love for you to explain those "certain terms", because plenty of products contain NAC.

I've actually never heard of this, so if you can inform me where you learned this I would appreciate it. NAC is included with many supplements, so I really don't think it needs to be taken by itself.

It should be taken by it's self. Who cares if it's in supplements, it should be taken by itself.

It has 4 grams of Beta-Alanine per day for 30 days, it is the highest dosed Beta-Alanine product I am aware of.

The others have 3.2g a day at most and less servings.

What's with the prop blend of NAC and ALA? If you are claiming that you use 4g of BA was there really any need to use a prop blend?

Yes there is a reason, you can find our response to the same question by Blap in the main SteelEdge thread. Why did you say IntraXCell was underdosed when it has more beta-alanine then the product you recommended? Did you mean the other ingredients besides Beta-Alanine?

searider,

You should continue to see improvements in your goals. I believe you will not be disappointed with the results you will get. IntraXcell BA/beta-alanine is going to be/should be a staple in everyone's daily supplementation. Dr. Harris brought us creatine in the late 90's and he is bringing us BA now.

I'm extremely gratefull/proud that AEN has brought BA to the forefront. It's been out for a couple of years but has not been pushed properly. IMO it has been buried in prop/blends for additional synergy but not noticed as a primary ingredient. I really like were BA is going, its a staple in my supplementation. It's benefits are just begin to be explored, endurance and strength increase is just the tip of the iceberg.

Happy Thanksgiving to all, GOD Bless!

Beta-Alanine/IntraXCell is predominantly going to work strongest in the 6-rep range and up, not as much for a 1RM, that is where creatine shines most.

Where you should be really noticing IntraXCell, is at about the half way mark in your set, alowing you to knock out more reps at the end. Also, rest time between sets, is usually substantially improved with Beta-Alanine.

AJRodz, thank you for the very kind words, it's good to see you over here..

Happy Thanksgiving!

It should take up to 25 days to fully build up those intramusclar carnosine levels. The 4g of BA in IntraXcell is nice, but I have to say that MAN put out Body Octane in 2004 and it is more than just a BA product.

Actually, the research clearly shows, that after only two weeks of Beta-Alanine supplementation, significant levels of intramuscular carnosine levels are reached as well as performance gains and they do NOT fully build up by day 25 as you stated. The most recent studies by Dr.Harris, Hoffman and Hill have all showed that intramuscular carnosine levels continue to significantly rise all the way to atleast 10-12 weeks along with performance gains. This is why we recommend IntraXCell users to stay on it continuously for 12 weeks to maximize their carnosine levels and performance gains.

Also, the minimum range being used is 3.2g with the upper range being 6.4g a day. The higher doses increase carnosine levels much faster and to a higher level then 3.2g does in the 4-12 weeks studies. The very most recent studies that you will see out in 2007 are using in the 4-5g a day range and finding very similar performance gains to the 6.4g a day. Based off the research at this time, it would appear that 3.2g does give some performance gains, but is likely not optimal, especially for the bigger guys. The 4-5g range at this point, seems like the optimal range, with 6.4g's being used more as a loading phase for the first 2- weeks for example.

IntraXCell is more then a straight Beta-Alanine product as well, with close to half a gram blend between the NAC and ALA and vitamin E, which has synergy with carnosine.

The whole formula has synergy, I have gone into much of it on another forum in our main thread.
