Default Anyone tried these?

Average Joe's Supplements

It's taken years, but I think I've finally found a solid protein bar. I'd suggest these for anyone who's given up on the typical 90%-soy, sugar-filled, high fat meal replacement bars. They don't taste that bad either. And no, I don't work for Next Nutrition. :no1:

I don't like the nutritional profile..

Calories 460

Calories from Fat 110

Total Fat 12 g 18%

Saturated Fat 4 g 20%

Cholesterol 0 mg 0%

Sodium 180 mg 8%

Potassium 420 mg 12%

Total Carbohydrate 58 g 19%

Dietary Fiber 5 g 20%

Sugars 9 g

Protein 30 g 60%
OK if your bulking I guess but 58g of carbs is really high.

yea...i was at pretty much any school the army could think to send me to. needless to say, a 4500 calorie diet and 4 gym workouts a week weren't always top priority for them. i actually dropped back down into the 170's....but now i'm up to a healthy 215 again.

I may be biased, but when it comes to protein bars there really is only one choice..

Sustain Bars

well i would never reccomend any kind of bar during a cut.... unless it's that low carb shit. If ur cutting, you better be prepared to eat whole food meals including QUALITY carbs and animal.
