Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I have to admit that I'm not up on a lot of the current supplements, and I really don't take that many to begin with. I only recently started taking creatine again and also use fish oil, multi, whey protein, and green tea. Other than that I rely on plain old food. My poor summer diet has left me with some weight that I'd like to lose before I go on a bulk this winter. My question is, would there be any benefit to taking Anti-Estrogen supplements while on a cutting diet? Are there any side effects or problems with doing this? If it is doable, should I take the normal dose or a lowered dose? Here's a link to the products on Supplement King's website. Which would you recommend? http://***************.com/index.php?cPath=25 |

I was about 225 at the beginning of the summer and I weigh about 235 right now, but I need to get down to about 210 to be cut. I was hoping it would help me lose the fat and keep more muscle while dieting. I'm shooting for 1.5-2 lbs/week right now. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | I'd suggest Rebound XT and none of them require a needle.

When I was taking giant ATD my weight went up a pound or two despite being in a calorie defecit, my strength shot up disgustingly fast, and I dropped ALL fat from my hips. ATD is in my official list of supplements that work.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | On dosing: Nah, don't drop the dosage. giant atd is basically the same as rebound xt... when I ran giant atd I did 1 week at 3 caps, 2 weeks at 2 caps, then 1 cap a day until it was finished. When you're doing 3 caps the side effects will be pretty strong, so I recommend taking a joint support and flax/fish oil.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I think you're going to be impressed with ATD as well Have you decided on a dosing scheme? ATD is good enough that it has a permanent spot in my arsenal... right next to creatine and ephedrine.
