As you guys may understand, we can't comment directly on matters relating to this particular case because the trial is not yet over, however, athletes who often get tested for drugs often look to put blame elsewhere. Being that we live in such a litigious society-- it doesn't take much to bring suit against any individual or company often in the hopes that a frivolous law suit can be parlayed into a settlement. In the end we're confident that the truth will prevail in court.
