This is me at the gym--->  --->  Great product works almost instantly...had lots of energy for my workout when I thought I'd be draggin butt today. I feel like I can do HIIT all night.  My impression on a one trial/day basis is 9/10 - only draw back is a mild reflux sensation. Gave me a bit of an itchy throat, a little coughing. I'll update this next time I try it and see if it's an ongoing issue. Ty!  ~D~
