almost 1/2 way through xfactor, now im sick! :(

hey i sent this to aeter but he hasnt responded so i want to know what you guys think:

A lot of the x-factor users have been getting headaches. Redvision has been keeping a log and the last week he's been feeling like crap. Most of the guys just battle through it. I know that sixpack ended his log early because it was making him feel badly. I'd say that if it's too painful, then it's not worth it and end the cycle. Btw, I just started x-f today.

yea i have read about people getting headaches from it and people feeling sick because of it, but it is not the xfactor that got me sick. my sister came down with a fever a day before i did, so i got it from her.

anyways, good luck its a great product!!

anyone else got any suggestions??

Yes I got sick from it, but I would be willing to try it again if they come out with a different formula. I do believe its a great product I wish I could of taken it.

Sorry I missed your PM.

In terms of what to do about your cycle, that's up to you. Either you can maintain a low dosage of 1-2 caps per day to stay loaded until you're well. Or you can stop all together and start back up again when you're well. But the Tylenol will interfere with XF's efficacy.

BTW, I wanted everyone to recgonize that the XF didn't make him sick. He caught a bug. Some people have reported headaches while on XF, but those people are rather few compared to the high number of people actually using it. The headaches are not inherent in XF but rather a side effect mediated by the person's lifestyle (at this moment I can't go more into it, definitive info is lacking).

Sorry to say that it isn't the "formula". There really isn't a formula to speak of. It's arachidonic acid that does the work. You getting sick from XF was a unique occurence and unfortunately I don't think you will ever be able to use the product without that particular side effect.

i decided to stop it completely and start a new one some other time. i have an extra bottle left and everything so ill just get one more so i can do one complete 50 day without breaks. so the question is.. do i wait 50 days to start a new one? ive only been on this one for 21 days.

If you've stopped maybe take a couple of salmon oil pills and see how that feels.

No need to wait 50 days. Just up your fish oil intake until you're ready to start again. But don't go crazy with the fish oils... all you need is like 1-2 tsp. per day.
