'All-natural growth hormone supplement'

Hey guys.

I just saw this product, Primo GH Stak (New Formula) by Nutrabolics which claims to be an all-natural GH supp.

Is this legal? Can anyone list the legal GH supps out there?

Any over the counter GH supp. is worthless.

To an extent you CAN "support" GH, but he is right, any OTC GH is bunk.

Yes it is not worth it. And at your age there should be two supplements you should be taking. Creatine and protein. Maybe some bcaa's. That's it. Don't worry about anything else.
