| Pro Stature | Agreed. Neither product is a good choice at 15. Older persons, such as Johnsbod, have seen good results on an ATD cut, however.

Then, I can low dose atd/6-oxo just to make sure estrogen doesnt get out of hand.. in your opinion, does that seem ok? what are potentional sides? I'm gonna run a 2/3 week atd cycle just to see what its likee ![]() |

products like Activate, ATD, and 6-OXO are probably not going to do you any good, and could possible do you some harm. Especially considering possible effects on lutienizing hormone, you definitely don't want to screw that up. LH is what tells your body to make it's own test. you'd be commiting testosterone suicide in a sense. I'm not going to tell you what to do, but I atleast recommend that you research the effects of hormone levels, 6-OXO, ATD, and the effects they have on your endocrine system before you try any of those things. EDIT: by hormone levels, I mean more than just testosterone and estrogen. learn about all of the other "role-player" hormones as well. They seem small, but have a huge impact on how your body functions. Most importantly, when their levels are out of wack, they aren't as apparent as when your test. and estrogen levels get out of had. So they can be harder to detect. Just something to consider. You can never read or learn too much. At least it will give you a better idea of what kind of decisions to make, and let you better predict what kind of things you are in for.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | that is the most true statement bodybuilding has taught me. I can never have too much information, or learn too much. If we all have that attitude, I think we will all accel at this sport, and also be more apt to help one another.

You have a kid that doesn't know anything, and then when others try to educate him or tell him how to EDUCATED HIMSELF, he decides he doesn't WANT to know anything. noone here is trolling either. Everyone who has commented so far has been very constructive and given you nothing but good sincere advice, (with the exception of Krzna who simply asked you to be more respectful, which I feel it was his place to do so). The simple fact is that everyone here is trying to help you. and you don't want to help yourself. and by helping yourself, i mean taking people's advice to heart and reading and learning things for yourself. I was 14-15 when I started lifting. and when it came time to consider supplements, I researched Creatine monohydrate for nearly 8 months before I ever took my first dose. for those 8 months I read every single bit of info on Creatine I could get my hands on. This is in the form of logs of other bodybuilders, books that people wrote, reports from lab experiments, how creatine works in the body, the side effects, the benefits, how it interacts with other compounds, the list goes on. I'm not saying you need to do all of that, because when I did it, I ran into a lot of the same info over and over again over that 8 month period. But you can bet yer bottom buck that when I started using creatine I knew exactly what to expect, and what I needed to do to be able to use it successfully. Every supplement I have used since then I have researched just as much. Not for the same amount of time, necessarily, but just as thoroughly. Questions never hurt, as long as they are intelligent questions, and you stay open to the advice you are given. You also have to be willing to do some footwork yourself, and take the initiative to learn. I don't know why I'm wasting my breath, if your past posts are any indication, you wont read all of this anyway. but it needed to be said. If nothing else, maybe someone else will read it and actually get something out of it.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I did all my research too. I check everything, but slowly you realize "mono isnt bad" "no2 isnt bad" "this isnt bad" "ok, this is a little bad, but not too bad" |
