ON 100% Casein

I just bought a 4 pounder of the chocolate 100% Casein , and I don't know if its just the one I got or the product in general...it mixes like absolute crap. TONS of clumps, and not little ones either. Shaker bottle just gets all the clumps stuck to the insert and doesn't mix it worth a darn either. HALP!

This hasn't happened with other casein products I've used, what gives guys?

thats how Casein is bro, it don't mix well at all.

I use a blender or stick blender to mix it. Using a shaker won't work.

Why didn't the VPX casein I used before not clump like this then? I mixed that with a fork and it was fine...

I always thought that was the nature of casein...... I'm about to pick up some more ON Casein today, I love the stuff.

If I have to use my [censored] blender every time I want a shake its gonna get old really fast.

I wish VPX still made their micellar casein product, it was so good.

BRAD! How are you bro, long time no see.

I usually drink them around bedtime, but my neighbors bitch when I run my blender at 2 am...something about their kid waking up because of the noise.

blend it earlier and sit it in the fridge, i do that sometimes if im going to drink a shake in the middle of the night, that way i can just get up, drink, and go right back to sleep! :mango:

I'd call VPX out on the quality of the casein they are using if it mixes well.

Even the small bit of Micellar casein in my metabolic drive clumps up a bit.

Yep use the blender with some ice and it will be fine. But casein in general pure anyways it not easy to mix

Yeah. At least you know its casein. What I always did was make a "pudding" out of it. VERY tasty.
