Fried eggs and omelettes are amazing. But what I find even better are boiled eggs. Sprinkle on some seasoning salt and/or pepper. I dunno...I just love those.

ham, sometimes hot sausage
onions
Szechwan hot pepper spice
fresh ground black peppercorn
parsley
mushrooms
tabasco sauce

Franks hot sauce makes everything taste better.. I put that stuff on everything.

another thing that tastes great is you take some left over baked potatoes, cut them up into little 1/4 inch squares and cook them in egg whites. It tastes suprisingly good together...

Katsup is always good on scrambled eggs.

I haven't gotten sick of them yet, a little pepper and some GARLIC-salt instead of regular salt. :nosthumbs

SALSA

I sometimes put basil on my eggs w/ pepper jack cheese. Thyme and cheese are also good. Anyone tried making a egg and putting cottage cheese in between it w/ berries?
