I put that stuff on everything. another thing that tastes great is you take some left over baked potatoes, cut them up into little 1/4 inch squares and cook them in egg whites. It tastes suprisingly good together... Katsup is always good on scrambled eggs. |

I need something to kill the bland taste/smell any ideas, i like tomato sauce but with eggs might be a bit :boink: BTW has to be quick as well, since i have to go to uni

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Italian style 4-6 egg whites 1 whole egg 5-6 chopped basil leaves 1-2 diced tomato 1/2 c w/ low-fat cheddar cheese. 1/4 c. diced onions Saute olive oil onions couple mins. Scrabble the eggs and mix in the cheese. Add the diced tomatos & basil towards the end. |
