Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Solid meal and you can always pile up the vegis added in the mix. I love fat free cottage cheese and a cup of kashi go lean cereal with splenda and cinnamon for my before bed meal.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | 122 gram of protein in one sitting is just wasted macros. Sure, you're getting the calories but you're not able to use that much protein at once.
