If it's not before bed... that is too much protein.

Solid meal and you can always pile up the vegis added in the mix.

I love fat free cottage cheese and a cup of kashi go lean cereal with splenda and cinnamon for my before bed meal.

that meal was like a snack only about 1 1/2 cup if you think thats too much protien it would take me double that for one meal that would be like 122g protien

122 gram of protein in one sitting is just wasted macros. Sure, you're getting the calories but you're not able to use that much protein at once.

i do the same thing but with plain yogurt instead. sooooo good.
