| Pro Stature | Just made some and put them in the fridge. I tasted a little bit and it tastes really good! How many hours should they stay in the fridge?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Anyone get any good results from these? Also, do the bars stick well together after cooling?

| Banned | i think wedg posted this at SC Combine in a large bowl. 3 cups of oatmeal 1/2 cup Natty PB 1 cup skim milk 4 scoops protein powder dash if cinnamon Mix with a large spoon or knife until sticky batter is formed (may take a few mins) use the spoon or knife to spread out the mix into the bottom of a pam sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even) top with 4-8 packets of Splenda put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars that yield: 11g fat (good fats) 26 g carbs 21 g protein 285 cals. iv made them, i liked them |

Okay I made these and got similar nutritional information results. They stick together very well. I actually took the tray out of the fridge, cut them up in 12 bars, and put them separately in aluminum foil. The taste is great, I pretty much ate half of them already really addicting. I'll add my recommendation to these bars to anyone who wants to bulk up. :nosthumbs
