Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | how about a bagel with peanut butter slather on it, washed down with a whey shake? a bagel can get you 270-280 cals, peanut butter is very calorie dense and can get you another few hundred cals, and a whey shake will give you a nice protein boost and even more cals. You can easily get a 650-800 cal breakfast from this combo, and the prep time is minimal. Toast bagel. Spread PB on it. Mix whey and water. Eat. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | thats the big thing; the pineapple juice inhibits your liver's ability to metabolize the AAS, which leads to erratic amounts in your bloodstream as well as an extremely elevated amount of active compound versus what you're expecting based on the logs and suggestions you've seen on the boards. It is possible to drink pineapple juice to amplify the effects of a dose, but like I said it is erratic and all it really accomplishes is that it stretches your supply to last longer. Not worth the risk, you know?
