Yuck I subsituted soy protein powder for cytogainer Banana flavor for more protein & used jif creamy peanut butter. I prefer my way. | Pro Stature | I would also skip the soy protein. usually my homemade protein bars are peanut butter, whey, oats, and honey. Super easy. |
