ill bet if you guys tried it youd eat it every day i know i do. I dont get how you guys can eat oats, flavored oats mixed with rolled i can eat but i just bought quaker oats 100% whole grain i cant stomach it im tired of going "ok i can do this" then 10 minutes later i throw it away no taste very disgusting

The cottage cheese with the tuna alone would ve enough for me to upchuck it, lol. By no means am i saying this is a bad recipe, its the fact i know persona;lly it would be a waste

i love my tuna with cc its the easiest way to down it with extra protien, only problem ive had so far is how to eat those quaker oats, im not sure if i got the right ones because these seem to be really thick and very very hard to take in? splenda and cinnamon dont work

Grind the oats up into as close to powder as you can get them and put them in a shaker. Toss in a scoop or 2 of whey protein (chocolate) add water... *shake shake shake*... and down it.

hmm grinding sounds like a good idea im gonna try this post work out 1 scoop on whey protein chocolate milk flavor and 1 cup oats ill leave feed back later on

mmm tuna burritos are soo good, i dont mind oats its the kind i got now they are disgusting i found out a way to get them down, i grind them add splenda and some cinnamon kinda looks like white poop just eat it fast. and for post work out i put 1 1/2 scoop of ons chocolate whey with about 1/2 cup of grinded oats with like 16 ounces of water mixed it and it was like 30+ ounces of shake didnt taste bad but cant chug it all down in one try.
