Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | I'm reasonably sure straining would remove almost all the carbs as well as the whey. You'd be left with relatively pure casein protein. I don't know how many grams of whey you'd lose. You could try straining it and dehydrating the liquid and weighing it.
