Here ya go. My wife made this one up last week.

Thai Peanut Chicken

6 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Water
1 Lb Chicken
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Bag No Yolk Egg Noodles

Mix natural peanut butter, garlic powder, lemon juice, soy sauce, and water in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. Then heat. Boil noodles until soft. Grill chicken breasts. Cut chicken breasts into roughly 1" cubes. Coat large pan in butter flavored Pam spray. Add chicken, noodles, and peanut sauce to pan and fry over medium heat. Once mixture has been thoroughly cooked in the pan add sliced up hard boiled eggs and eat! Makes 6 Servings.

PER SERVING: CALS-337 FAT-9 CARBS-30 PROTEIN-25
