here's a great protein pudding BAR type recipe that has turned into part of my pwo meal i got the idea from another recipe by a bb.com user called magicpunt but modified it a lot

8 scoops chocolate whey
1 packet fat free pudding
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed pecans

mix it up REALLY well with a spoon, pour it into a wide rectangular pan thingie and freeze overnight. microwave for 30 secs and then cut it up into 8 equal squares and freeze again

it's REALLY chewy and cold and delicious i'm going to get some popsicle container things and try to make protein puddin pops next time

that is funny because Sly was on the Tony Danza show, and Tony pulled out a couple containers of the pudding, and said "lets both give it a try, and I could tell by the looks on their faces that is was nasty, even thogh they were both saying it tasted good..

Jell-O makes a sugar free, fat free instant pudding. I have tried the boil and serve fat, sugar free type and I like them. Going to try the instant soon.

Well, in the last months I've been doing a bunch of research on them, since my mom is diabetic and we have a lot in my house, and what I have found is that these artificial sweetners are not something I want in my body. Splenda is the one I consider the worst. For gods sake it has chlorine in it, and there are studies out showing that a lot of chlorine in your system is not good for you. Plus, most of them don't really pass through the body 100%, specially High Fructose Corn Syrup, which is practically IMPOSSIBLE to not ingest. Its in everything and all it does is serve to add more weight to you. Also, I dislike the whole Splenda campaign "tastes like sugar because its made from sugar." Which in reality is false, and they have been sued because of that. I prefer to buy my products from companies I know won't lie to my face.

:-/ sadly it really limits what I can eat.
