i find ther creatine makes it harder to stick together, could be just me though.

You can make protein pancakes by using just quick oats, some egg, and protein powder Or flax instead of oats if you're low carbing. :eat:

When using vanilla protein mix I like to add macademian nuts to the mix as well. Nice little "boost".
