Also I guess you're supposed to use vanilla protein powder?

Here's another one you could try:

-Mix nine egg whites with 1 cup pancake mix with 1/3 cup water.
-Throw it into a blender, and blend on a low setting until the lumps are gone.
-Cook them (use a skillet, or you could fry em')

Nutritional info:

Protein: 42 g
Carbs: 100 g
Fat: 5 g

Just wanted to bump this because I tried the original protien pancakes. While they came out real thin, I like em. The ingredients are all good, and they taste pretty damn good. A great change from my normal protein powder + oats + banana smoothie

I make it with 2 whole eggs, 1cup dry oats, and a scoop of protein powder. That's all.

I had an UNREAL recipe for protein pancakes. I'll find the recipe and post it tonight, It would be cool if someone could try both and tell which they prefer. I don't have the facilities to make my own food where I am right now

Just blend the ingredients together and throw on the griddle?

Sounds too easy! Finally a breakfast that sounds tempting.

I use 2 whole eggs
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops mulit species protine
just enough milk that is blends
vinilla extract
cinnomon

key behind not haveing them thin is to put your eggs and milk in first and start the blender. Keep it running the whole time. This way it's easier for a think batter to keep blending. Add your oats let it mix all the way. Add milk as needed to keep it from getting to thick. then add your protine. Letting each scoop blend before the next is added. About 30sec a side or untill bubbles start coming through. Get a good non stick pan I suggest CIRCULON

I have made the low carb version with the dreaded Universal Soy Isolate (yeah I know, but I have done much worse than soy to myself over the years ) for those not afeared of soy ..

3 eggs
1.5 cups water
3 scoops Universal Soy Isolate

mix in blender until smooth/well mixed/dead I also like to add cinnamon and sometimes add P.B./C.B./A.B if fats/some carb is desired. Vanilla or other extract can also be added . will have to try your mix
