Protein Bar

How dry are these? I've made a few bar's and most are good when they are first made but they dry out so fast and taste like sawdust. : pukey:

These are not dry. I keep them in the freezer and then either thaw them at room temp or in the microwave if I'm in a hurry.

They are not cooked, so they don't dry out (and the whey doesn't become denatured, either).

Can these bars last around 8-9 hrs in a lunch box or do the they go all sticky after that long and no longer hold?

Good recipe.

I have made homemade bars before and didn't like them, but I'm going to try these out and give you some feeback.
