Hahaha.. I type lyke thys because I lyke it... U're just lucky I don't have the power to give you a pink username for 24 hours..

As for the suggestion... It's not a rule, because I want to encourage people to contribute their recipes... However, it's good to add because someone could look at it and say - "Hmm.. thys is close to my 4th meal of the day, I could substitute it and styll reach my daily caloric goals...
