ATM I'm doing an italian style tuna salad:

- Green Lettuce
- Baby Tomatoes (halved)
- Feta Cheese (small blocks)
- Black Olives (sliced)
- Tuna
- Red and Green Capsicum (rings)
- Onion (rings)

+ Italian Salad Dressing

Really quick and easy to prepare, and tastes great...

Probably, that's the only bad thing. But I view the olives as a little treat. Sometimes eating tuna can be difficult to get through, so I just save the olives for last, like a prize.

Tuna Quesadillas:
-2, Medium 100% Whole Wheat (if possible a Low Carb version) Tortillas
-1 Can Tuna (Mine are 120g drained weight)
-1/2 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese

Put tuna in a bowl and start to mash it up, then put in cottage cheese and mix around. Then just make it like you would normally make a quesadilla. I top mine with some of the papaya salsa suggested here

You can find my tuna recipe in the following thread:

A.FreeRadical's Bodybuilding Recipe Collection

It works equally well with a can of salmon.

Tuna Recipe:

(Mix all of this into a big bowl)

1. Can of tuna
2. 3/4 cup Dry oatmeal
3. 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
4. 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
5. 2 Egg Whites (Raw)
6. Half a Bell Pepper Cut into pieces
(Ok now the next ingredient is what gives this dish its flavor. It might not sound great but all mixed together its good! Plus you only need a little bit.)
7. Thin Slice of Bleu Cheese crumbled up into pieces (Real Bleu Cheese, not the dressing)
8. Few dashes of pepper

Mush all of this together with your hands until its a nice "mush" lol.

Put into Microwave for 1 minute.

45 grams Protein
30 grams Complex Carbs
4 grams Fat

Best recipe I've found is two cans of tuna and one can opener. Maybe some Tony Chachere's for some extra flavor.

I would suggest Triskets.

(Whole wheat with fiber and a touch of salt.) Tastes damned good too.
