Sweet potatos are great by themselves though! I just wrap em in foil and bake em until they are they tender. soooooooooooooo goooood. But of course, fluff would really seal the deal

Let's say Grandma uses 8 medium-sized sweet potatoes:

3839 kcals
141g Fats (110g from the butter, the rest frorm the potatoes)
650g CHO (222g from the potatoes, 428g from the brown sugar)
17g Pro

Now, obviously, you aren't eating the whole thing in one sitting, but that's what's in the dish when Granny's done with it.

nope:

Sweet Potatoes and Yams

Sweet Potatoes and Yams are often viewed as two names for the same vegetable. On the contrary, they are two different vegetables. Sweet Potatoes are an uncommon crop in the U.S., grown primarily in the south. Yams are a sub-tropical plant, native to the Caribbean and Asia, and imported into the U.S. and other countries.

While yams are a vining crop that requires almost a year to develop, Sweet potatoes grow in about 100 - 150 days.
