Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Yeh, my bad. so 4 french toasts would be... 2 grams of fat 64 grams of carbs 44 grams of protien and if you want more protien, you can just eat some 3-4 scrambled eggs. So, is eating the french toast, with wheat bread and only eggs good? |

| Soldier In Progress | I'd reckon that's good, and I love french toast ... but how do you fry it without butter or anything? Or do you bake your french toast.

Meh... You ever consider oats? I consider oats for 4 meals per day. On the french toast thing: -Ezekiel Cinnomon Raisin Bread - 5 Egg WHITES, 1 yolk for its solidifying ability - half cup of splenda - a little extra cinnomon - Pam, of course Scramble the extra whites for some sweet eggs on the side.
