| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Depending on your goals, sure. It is going to be a hell of a lot of protein, little fat and little carbs. If you are cutting it would be excellent. I love my carbs though, so I would need some good quality carbs if I was bulking.

| Amateur | i would have added some brown rice or other form of carb. i too am bulking and i eat alot of food in a day. just be sure to keep constant with food intake and maintain a balance between carbs, protein, and good fats. in the last month i put on 3 lbs. |
