Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Everything in moderation. It seems this type of hobby draws the attention of the all-or-nothing crowd. If you can get that out of your system you can enjoy fast food every now and again and still be fine.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | If you were to use olive oil, you would have a very well balanced meal. As long as you measure everything out you should be fine. Jayhawk I know exactly what you mean by all-or-nothing. If im gonna cheat .......IM GONNA CHEAT....more of a binge. It doesnt happen often but when it does watch out! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | the difference between olive oil, vegitable oil and canola oil is very little. This is certainly not intended to be a cheat of any sort. Just a good evening meal with moderate carbs which are slowed down by fat.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 154 | Recommendation: Olive oil and etc is best consumed raw/uncooked. Cooking at high heats destroys the molecular structure of oil... you could even end up with home made transfats! Butter, imo, is superior for cooking purposes. And yes, you can fry in butter, but I'm not sure about deep frying.... lol......
