Chicken Rice and Cheese

Description
Chicken Breast diced up into medium pieces, with some brown rice and your choice of cheese melted over top.
Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast
  • Brown Rice
  • Fav. Cheese
Preparation
  1. ~1lb of your favorite chicken breast
  2. 1/4-1/2 cup of your favorite brown rice
  3. ~varied amount of your favorite cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook up your chicken and rice separately. I prefer to fry my chicken or use my george foreman when I know I'm adding other stuff to it as the foreman makes it really super dry. My rice I usually boil and make it that way.
  2. Then I melt my cheese in the microwave. I mix the chicken and the rice up in a tupperware container then pour the cheese over and your ready for some tasty treat on the go.
  3. I personally prefer some cheddar.
