It isn't necessarily a recipe, however, I love to pour some hot sauce on my chicken, a great calorie-free way to really spice up the flavor (pun intended).

Salsa Chicken:

I like to bake chicken breasts in the oven and I like mexican food:

Take chicken breast, rub in some Taco seasoning, top with Salsa of choice and bake until chicken is done. Take out of oven, sprinkle with shredded cheese and return to oven to melt the cheese. I usually serve brown rice with this which I also add some taco seasoning into it, side of Salsa and Whole Wheat Tortillas, Fat free Sour cream and some Guacamole Yummy!

When you get frozen chicken breast, they should say on the packaging what temperature is good. I would estimate 375 or so.

I usually cook mine in the oven at about 425, but that is just me and it ususally is for about 45 minutes in the oven, sometimes a little longer sometimes a little less. I am living in High Altitude, and I have to adjust my baking times a lot.
