Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | looks good Peaked ... heres another. 1.Take some lean ground meat and cook it up in a skillet with seasoning, garlic(real or powder) and cut up onions (I usually cook extra and freeze in bags) 2.Drain all the fat from pan. 3.When your ready to eat put enough for your meal in a skillet to reheat .You can also add some cut up bell peppers at this time. 4.Put in 3 eggs after meat is heated ( I use 1 whole and 2 whites) 5.Let cook for a few minutes and then keep mixing it up until eggs are cooked 6.Pour in a bowl and eat. This is real fast and easy once the meat is prepared. Im sure you guys will add your own twists.Let me know. |
