Sounds Good... I had a bison burger today at Ted Turners restaurant... cost me $11.50.. It was good.. real good, but I don't know if it was worth the $11.50.. they have a bunch of burgers that sounded really tasty, but I got the kitchen sink.. it had an egg, monterey jack cheese, bacon, onions, and mushrooms on it...

Incase anyone was wondering the difference between a bison, and a buffalo. in North America the animal that people always refer to as a buffalo, is realy a bison. There are no buffalos native to North America.. only Asia, and Africa have buffalo.

Buffalo

Bison

Buffalo

Bison
I am sure that you are right. I had water buffalo in Vietnam and it doesn't taste anything at all like bison.
