Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Hope you're breaking that up over about 3 leals othewise you're not benefitting from the protein and will mostlikely set off any gluten or lactose allergies even if they aren't a usual problem. I've made better strength and size gains after eliminatin all liquid shakes from my diet
