Any brown rice recipes???

I used to boil chicken in a pan, then add rice with some water. When that's all cooked, add some olive oil and let it fry up. The rice gets "crispy", add salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper and Lawrys ... it makes a quite nice little stir fry.
