Default Working it while working.

What are good exercises to do at the office? I do lunges and squats when nobody is around, and I do a lot of stretching, and at home I keep my weights at my desk and mess around with them when I'm compulsively checking my e mail out of boredom.

Being discreet and easy to stop, pop up, and look proffessional at a moments notice is key. So, no floorwork, a bit too awkward to hop up and look professional when somebody unexpectedly pops in, no equipment required, and nothing too sweat-enducing. Preferably nothing that would look too ridiculous to any passerby that happen to glance in the windows.

It is a rather awkward question to say the least. When losing weight, ideally you want to keep your heart rate pretty high, which will cause you to sweat a lot, which is something you don't need too... I will try to think of some ideas.

I'm more thinking along the lines of "what can I do while I'm doing nothing that will make me feel less like a fatass?"

oooo... in that case:

surf this page and simple take your time contracting each muscle in your body untill it hurts, then do it again. It will keep ur temp raised somewhat.... but shouldn't be too aerobic.

So basically I should just tense and hold each muscle? Sounds doable.

Well, I always prefer the "coworker bent over the desk" method which can be substituted by the "girlfriend bent over the desk thrust". Always got my heart rate up.

Always fun, but I'd be the one bent over, so I doubt I'd be getting much of a workout. I suppose I could switch positions, but I haven't met anyone that open minded.

Besides, I work with my dad, cousin, and brother. Not quite a setting for office romance.

What theme would that be, finding a dude willing to get bent over a desk? "Hey Dustin, c'mere, I swear I'm just trying to work my lower abs..."
