I apologize for saying "stfu" and I was a bit too harsh when i posted my post. but my post still stands with its point, i think i see too much complaining and too little working

Dad just uses it occasionally to make sure I'm actually working. I just put a post it note over the lens. I think he gave up trying.

I got it up and running today, but apparently I can only use it over msn messenger/yahoo messenger.

Me discussing it with my twin (the internet overlord)

JLK: Is there a way to make my webcam be on the internet without using a messenger service?
RMK: We could update your computer to make it a webserver. Then we'd do something blah blah blah, then we need to contact next door's satellite office and ask them permission to host it on their router, blah blah blah...
JLK: Nevermind.
RMK: It was a good question.

I got about 3 15 minute sets of lunges/squats/some stuff I made up that makes my arms hurt really bad/stretching in today at work. I love Fridays. I also discovered that my Physicians Desk Reference makes a killer weight.

Hi Jayelin. There's a guy who has focused on office-friendly (mostly bodyweight) exercises over here:
