Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 11 | You could.... * Buy some ankle/wrist weights and do leg extensions while sitting at your desk. * Get a band and stretch it across the chest, overhead etc like the fitness chicks do in those 'workout' vids, easy to store in a draw to. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Stomach vaccuums, sitting crunches with knee raises while in the chair. If you have the right kind of chair you can use the supports for tricep extentions. You can use your desktop edge for dips. If you have the room you can do pushups and you can do squats that will help firm your hip flexors and perfect your form since you won't have weight. LOwer your chair, if you can, and simulate box squats by pushing your rear end outward and sitting slowly then exploding upwards. This helps you to learn to keep your weight centered and not forward of your chins.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Just focus on the abs and tighten them while slightly lifting your legs and using your arms for upper body brace. It helps for the mid abdominals. Are your wrists strong enough for pushups on a closed fist? I had to do them that way for a while after my wrist was broke.
