Bring the bottom leg toward your chest and then bring the top one back toward your buttocks, so that the running position of your legs is exaggerated as possible. Hold for 30 seconds then flip sides and repeat its so great for your quads ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Straight-leg deadlifts on a platform so as to avoid plate-to-floor collisions. Allows for a full stretch of the hamstrings and lower back, and everything else for that matter. Staple. |
