There are lots of different versions that can all be referred to as 'Tricep Extensions'.

Yea it all depends on where you look, naming may be different buyt it all gives the same effect.

Well actually the difference is Skull crushers are where you bring the bar to your forehead....Ext's are where you bring the bar over the top of the head. Exts are better superior IMO and if you fail without a spot you dont crush your skull

Cool thanks guys....all have been great help.

Thing is im doig the Bill starrr 5x5 routine and one of the accessory exercises is Tricep extensions....I didnt know exactly what he meant.
