Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 46 | I was doing parallel squats today, and after each set, my left hand got all tingly, with a "pins and needles" feeling like when your foot falls asleep, except not as dramatic. I'm thinking hand and/or neck placement on the bar/ pad was wrong. Anyone ever had this happen to them or know what it is?MOP

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | I know about pain... Everytyme I squat, I have this painful, burning sensation in my thighs... Usually comes after the 4th or 5th rep... I go Ass to Grass.. and it hurts the most when I'm 1/2 to 3/4 the way up... Any idea what's causing this??? ![]() Strange tho... When I'm doing lyke seated dumbbell curls.. my thighs don't hurt at all.. Peace..~G *D

Find ways to not bunch everything up when you squat. Spread your arms out so the muscles and tendons in the neck don't carry all the weight of the bar on the traps when you squat. Use a pussy pad if needed. | |
