Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Okay, I've just finished doing Hise Shrugs (free weight) for the first time. Now not only did it hurt (a lot), but during the movement, I noticed that my arms literally went numb. I could feel that tingling sensation in both my arms. Now, I didn't stop, I finished the 25 reps and placed it back on the rack. The crazy thing is that when I tried to fetch my water bottle, I dropped it--I couldn't get a grip on it. And then the stars started coming in. Now I was wondering whether this has happened to anyone or maybe my form was wrong (see description of my form below). My form: Normal Back Squat form, Wide Grip, bar settled on the top of my traps, as I inhaled I lifted my shoulders to as close to my ear level (reached just below my ear lobes) and as I exhaled I lowered my shoulders.

| is missing heavy pulls | you had the bar in a bad place.. it happends alot on heavy squats.. id move the bar in a differnt place you were pinching a nerve or something htat made your arm tinglly |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Hmm...I did forget to mention that it felt like my RC was gonna pop right out and I felt a pretty sharp pain on my upper vertebrae. lol. Thanks that's probably the problem. So where abouts should the bar be?
