Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I'm in a bit of a predicament as I'm going to start using a 3 day split to train but I'm not quite sure how to split things up: This seems to be the norm for 3 day splits: Monday - Chest/Triceps Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders Friday - Back/Biceps I've tried training Chest/Triceps & Back/Biceps together before and I just couldn't do it at all, it was terrible and my workout sucked completely because once I'd finished doing back or chest I had no energy in my arms left to train them with any decent weight at all. So this also rules out a Push/Pull/Legs routine. That means I'm left with the following routine: Monday - Chest/Biceps Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders Friday - Back/Triceps This seems decent enough apart from the fact that my triceps will be trained directly once per week (Friday) and indirectly twice per week (Monday & Wednesday) and seeing as they're a small muscle this may be a problem.
