Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Take like a 3" diameter towel. Round black ending to some of the machines is what most use. Like board press. Should be able to do your max for a few reps since less ROM. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Like board press. Instead use a towel or rubber pad approximatly 3" in diameter. Stick it under your shirt. Lift off and go down on top of it. It is a reduced ROM so you should be able to use more weight. Edit* Read my last post. Its was pathetic. |
