They pump up my outer tris like crazy. I normally do them last for high repetitions. They're also a great assistance exercise for the bench.

Thanks for the shameless plug.

I agree with TheRock, they definitely do hit the outer tris, but I feel them quite a bit in the long head of the tris. I like to keep my reps fairly high (12-15) on them.
