Default Stretches

OK I think this is one area I definately neglect and I think my flexibility has suffered. Anyone have a good quick full body stretch routine? I don't want to spend 30 mins a day stretching so let's keep it to a 10 min or less deal. Cheers

If you're game to give yoga a try, sun salutations are a pretty good stretch. Bends the entire body back and forth. 2 run-throughs and you'll be nice and warm and loose.

And, yes, it will hurt the first couple of times.

Is this stretching aside from your lifting?

Yes, I'd like to do something at night before sleeping that's quick and effective. I already warm up and stretch before any major exercise.
