Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | OK I think this is one area I definately neglect and I think my flexibility has suffered. Anyone have a good quick full body stretch routine? I don't want to spend 30 mins a day stretching so let's keep it to a 10 min or less deal. Cheers ![]() |

| IronMass Donator | If you're game to give yoga a try, sun salutations are a pretty good stretch. Bends the entire body back and forth. 2 run-throughs and you'll be nice and warm and loose. ![]() And, yes, it will hurt the first couple of times.
