| is missing heavy pulls | Well what are some lower back and some calf streches. Belive it or not my calves are the tightest part of my body and i have trouble streching them because all the streches i know hurt my ankles, So if you have any strechs that wont hurt my ankles lets hear them and just any lower back strech you know. My lower back is hurt and i dont know how to strech it out thanks alot guys -bigDman :nosthumbs

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Get a slanted board at 45 degrees and use that for your calves, it is money. Make sure you are properly stretching your hamstrings as that leads to a lot of the tightness that one gets in the lower back |
